So it looks like MAGHERA will the last transmitter to have DTT switched on?

Does anyone in the know know when DTT at Maghera will commence?

This is up on the BCI website. http: http://www.bci.ie/DTT/guide_for_applicants02.html and http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055526590&page=3 This will come down to funding pressures for RTÉ NL I imagine. I haven't looked up when magera was covered. There was a post on the list of transmitters here about a week or two ago. I'll have to look around for it.

Well the fact is that Maghera is still not on and virtually every other transmitter is.

It cant be long now. Now that Mullaghanish and Kippure are both active I imagine RTENL will want to complete the set with Maghera

Maghera has been up and running for RTE1, 2 TG4 and TV3 for about the last two weeks.
It seems to have gone down now.
