For many years it has been possible to see current retail prices for ALL eircom products , together with current special offers like free connections or limited price broadband by going to this url

    www.eircom.ie/pricing

In there you could also see new products where eircom had to give at least 21 days notification of their introduction at a retail level .

This information has now been removed from the eircom website and it is nearly impossible to find current prices , pending changes and current special offers on that website now.

    Have we a regulator :( ??

Is it not in the Telecommunications Scheme? I know that one moves about the site frequently but I thought that was where deviations and pricing were contained.

eircom are not in breach of regulatory obligations because the required information is available on their website. They moved it, is all.

Go to eircom.ie | click on Pricing | click on "eircom Telecommunications Scheme" (the first link) et voila.
