    Hi Guys

    I have a dell inspiron 6000 from a mate and it is showing the bsod c000021a.Have no xp installation disk as dell did not supply one.Have erd commander and can access files but dont know if i can back them up though.Just wondering if anyone on here would have any help for me.Oh ya no safe mode
    no last good config.can get to recovery console alright.

    is there any more info on the bsod.like file names

    0x00000135 no file names or anything else?just error c000021a the system has been shut down.

    If you search for "c000021a 0x00000135" in google there is a fair bit about it and a few possible fixes. Could be worth trying some of them. Also, you can contact Dell and get them to send you out a Windows CD if needs be and they should do it for you.
