Ill take it off you at face value only. So Five shillings it is.:pac:

Being serious, i would hold onto that if i was you, maybe frame it. A very nice bit of rugby history indeed. And if memory serves me right, we beat England that day too.

Nice find! I would definitely hold onto it, unless you don't really have an interest and will get a good price for it.

You would be better off getting in touch with a expert in sporting memorabilia. I doubt many of us would have a clue how much that is worth.

The IRFU are looking for old memorablia. Even if they didn't want it (or weren't willing to pay for it), whoever is putting together collection could probably put you in touch with someone who could value it.

    Personally, I wouldn't sell it.

Here's a link to the article on munsterfans about the collection.

I couldn't see it being worth much to be honest. On it's own it's not much more than a really nice momento. If it were part of a complete set or signed by a player or two etc it might be worth something.

I'm not an expert, just thinking that you'd be pushed to find someone willing to give you more than a few bob for it.

It isn't. It still exists, and is London Scottish and Richmond RFC's home ground.

Yea verily! Ye Olde Scalpers, off with their heads to damnation.

Agree with you. I'd never part with stuff like that. Probably worth bugger all anyway.

Thinking I should stick a few tickets from games I have been to in to a few old books and maybe in a 100 years time someone will find them.

Then again I've lost most of mine in pubs after games.
