if anyone can come up with a laptop which is just as good as this but at a different online shop.

the laptop needs HMDI out with HDCP
its going to be a multimedia laptop.

ideally i like to be around 500 euro before vat please.

From what I've come across so far, any laptop with Blue Ray & HDMI output is >€599. Laptops with Blueray also have decent graphics processors ie ATI/NVidia , so the vast majority of the stuff below this price range would have integrated graphics. PC world are doing a deal on HP G70 for €599 at the moment & might be worth a look.
