New Dell Latitude with XP can't see wireless networks anymore

I have a one month old Dell Latitude with XP and an inbuild WIFI interface. It's been working great since I got it a month ago.

Yesterday the WIFI stopped seeing wireless networks. I have a netbook and there are two wireless networks beside me. Both are working fine. One of the networks is my own and the other a neighbours.

The WIFI interface is reporting to be working. Any ideas?

I've never had a wireless card die before.
