    dose anybody know if you can get a psv licence if you were priviously banned for drink driving. also how do you go about getting one any help would be great thanks

    nobody here can answer that, it comes down to the super in the garda station that you are applying in.

    most dublin applications seemly go through the super in the blanchardstown station and if he thinks you dont deserve one, you dont get one!

    of course theres an appeal process as the monk prooved.

    best bet is to apply and see how it goes.

    You have to wait the same amount of time as the ban. So two yrs after your 2 year ban. I googled it. The super has a say, but he can't refuse ye cos he feels like it.
