Online forum / adverts.ie equivilent in the UK

    Well as the subject says can anyone recommend a forum that's more UK (specificity Scotland) centric? Im moving from Dublin to Edinburgh in a month and am having trouble finding anything with a reasonable user base.

    I also spend a bit of time on adverts.ie but cant find a uk equivilent. I know there is gumtree but its no where near as personal as a messaeg board style advert forum.

    Have you tried boards.co.uk? It's a little bit dead at times but a few people could gradually change that.

    Dan, give AVforums.com a go, it's mostly AV related (surprise, surprise) but there are some 'general' forums there right down the bottom of the forum list.

    Oh and do visit us on boards.org.uk, the more users we get the more reasonably sized our user base will become!
