Missed Payment.

    Im writing this on behalf of my brother.He is currently getting the back to eduation allowance payment.He missed his payment last wednesday and when he went to the post office today there was no payment for him.He is gone into the social welfare office now,but is his payment gonna be disqualified now?will it be in the post office next week?

    any advice appreciated.

    I would imagine that if its the first one he missed then it will be there for him next week. If its something that he's making a habit of, well, they may want to have a chat with him about it, to see why he's missing it.
