    For me 4400. Heroes Season 1 was great. 2 was meh and 3 was WTF.

    Edit: I didn't watch all of 3 though. Couldn't be bothered.

    Considering "The 4400" started over 2 years before "Heroes" it hardly ripped it off...

    I think "The 4400" is the better show - it's more consistent and has an actual plot arc that doesn't look like it was made up as it goes along. Characters remain the same and for the most part don't flit between good/evil every second episode. It's a shame it didn't get a fifth season and it's an equal shame that "Heroes" got a fourth...
