I hated my last job and I quit. It just wasnt doing me any good and it was affecting my health so I did the best thing and quit. Now im fit health and really happy. Its been six months ago since ive worked and in that time ive be looking around but ive knocked back some jobs in those months because I dont want to get into the same situation that I was in before. Today I got a call for an interview for a temp job for 3mths work and then maybe kept on after those three months. The catch is its data inputting and customer serivce work. Its not ideal but ive been getting bored of late and I dont know weather to go to the interview or not please help. Its not my first choice as a job but it might get me out of the house but on the other and would I be going back to square one??????

Why not take it? What is the worst that can happen? You don't like it and you quit. Its not a big deal. Try it. That's my 2 cents anyway!
    Good luck!

If it's with a good company and there employing you direct it might be no harm to take the job (data entry, aaggh), thing is when your in the door you could try an internal transfer to a job that suits you better....

it's no harm to have a jobs it usually makes it easier to get another job...

saying all that summer time is on the way and I reckon it's going to be a roaster, do you really want to spend it indoors on the phone....;)

See ive a chance of doing a course at a television company and I go on a work placement then a possibilty of some work there. The idea of data enrty compared to a media placement out weighs the other. But id have to wait thats the problem??? If I start the job then i wouldnt be entitled to do the media course as you have to be unemployed??

My vote is for the media course! Theres no point in sitting in an office wasting time and being miserable! :)

Ah well then, I'd wait in that case. Take the media course.

Thanks for all that really good advice guys. Yeah im going to hold out for the media course. Theses courses are hard to come by and data entry jobs arent so ive canceled the interview for the data entry job.

Thanks for all the friendly advice!
