Acer laptop wont respond.

Hi I have an acer laptop where there are 2 profiles set up. When I turn on the laptop it will only go as far as this screen i.e. it doesnt even get as far as teh desktop screen. The mouse does not respond so I cannot click on either of the two profiles to get onto the desktop screen. The keyboard does not seem to respond…

Hi

The keyboard does not seem to respond either e.g. pressing CTRL+ALT+DELETE or any of the Function keys does not do anything. The only thing I can do is turn off the laptop.

Does anyone have any ideal what could be wrong?

Consider taking the battery out for a few moments.
