    Hi all,

Is there a website out there that can compare the rates on car loans for all the different banks?

Save me going through every bank, entering the same details in every time, etc.

I think rates are negotiable at most banks. Slightly OT, but i'd also have to question the wisdom of borrowing for a car in the present climate.

I think primafinance.ie is probably the best comparisson site.

G.E base rate as of this morning are 19.91 per thousand over 61 months and 23.90 per thousand over 49 months. Multiply the thousand by the base rate to give you your cost per month i.e using €10,000 the sum would read 10 multiplied by 19.91 equals €199.10 per month over 61 months. PTSB are one of the cheapest at the moment as far as I know.
