    Hi all,

I'm back, OK have a GAA dinner dance on Friday night and was going to wear the following. Now I'm a bit sad in the sense I have never been to a sporting Dinner Dance and want to make sure I'm not over the top.

    Any advice I would love.

    Thanks

    C.

    Thanks -

Dorothy Perkins dress was €55.00 Shoes were €40.00 and I have lovely drop earrings will go perfectly. I have a little clutch bag and bolero, so I'm sorted.

Right, well Dinner Dance is off for me anyway.... just found out I'm going into hospital for a 'procedure' tomorrow, they got a cancellation and I won't be able to boogey on Friday.

Although it is my birthday in 3 weeks, so I'm sure the other half will talk me somewhere nice to make up for it ;-)

    Thanks for your replies.

Sorry to hear that you can't make the dinner dance after all but no doubt you'll get a chance to wear the outfit somewhere else!:pac:

+ 1 on wondering where you got the shoes, they're fab!:D

    Hi Girls,

Sorry I didn't get back to you, I got the shoes in Dorothy Perkins and the image on the website don't do them justice, they are the most FANTASTIC colour.

I am going to the Late Late in two weeks and was going to wear the same outfit as I didn't get to wear it to the dinner dance.

Quick question, would I get away with black opaque tights or do I have to go without ?

    Thanks

    Caroline

    Hi Anniehoo,

The dress and shoes are both Dorothy Perkins - I was delighted and they look great on.
