    Just wondering what you girls prefer in mens hair, blond highlights or brunette. My hair is relatively short (not too short), thick and im a 23 yr old guy. Don't get me wrong im not vein in any way.

    I usually have brunette in the winter and blond highlights throughout the rest of the year. What do you prefer???

    Highlights? No offence OP but they're not really on the cusp of trends at the moment. I know I know "im an individual, I dont listen to etc etc" but highlights look and sound pretty NSync to me

    Blonde highlights in summer and brown in winter sounds sooo gay! Fine if you are gay but seen as you are asking ladies to comment I'm guessing you are not.

    OP, if you fancy blonde highlights then go for it. Be yourself; changing the way you look based on the opinions of people on the internet won't get you very far with the ladies. Just be confident - it'll work better than any hairdo.

    Purely personal taste- preferably no highlights and if you have to have them, then as subtle as possible.(not blonde!)

    But in the end go with what you like, I've had every cut and colour at some stage so I'm not going to criticise anyone elses choice.
