On-line execution-only brokers for irish residents

    just starting to look at investing....
    searching for online execution-only brokers at the mo....the following are available to rep of ireland residents:: (also the irish brokers, obviously)

    charles stanley-fastrade
    hoodless brennan
    j brearley
    alliance trust
    sharewatch
    internaxx offshore
    fexco
    stocktrade
    berkeley futures
    hargreaves & lansdown
    td waterhouse

    the others require UK accounts or addresses....prob more out there...

    i have 2000 to invest for 1-4 years so the initial commision doesnt bother me too much...its the annual maintenance thats annoying me 50-fexco, 60-sharewatch, 50-stocktrade, 50-td waterhouse.....
    can anyone point me to an online broker available to irish residents with small annual fees??????
