Was out running last night and after about a mile I got a tightening feeling in right leg around calf area, I might have tore something slightly, started to take ibuprofen and do the RICE treatment, still feels sore today. I work in citry center so could anyone recommend a good sports massagist around town, it might do the trick.

There's a place in town, Portobello Physiotherapy Clinic on Lennox St. (off Camden St.). Don't have a number but they're pretty good

Have only used their Raheny office but they're in temple bar and other locations in or around Dublin. Making an appointment is painless and was very happy with the service.
