Werchter Ticket Buying Problem

    I am planning to go to rock Werchter this year with the combi pass ticket thing. The problem is when i go to the site Proximus go for Music, the website secure symbol, (the padlock thing) doesn't appear on the page so I'm a bit apprehensive about using it. (The other two websites are either just for belgians or all in Flemish so I can't understand them)

    On the Proximus site, there is a disclaimer explaining why there is no padlock appearing, (something to do with a "digital certificate"???) but it's all in computer speak so i don't really get it.

    My question is, is the Proximus site safe? It's not my own credit card I'm using so I have to be sure before I go spending online with it.
