Sky+ Subtitles have disappeared

    Hoping anyone here can help. My other half's Polish, and while her english is fluent, she prefers watching Sky with the subtitles on in English so she can see as well as hear the words. The system had been working fine until about 2 weeks ago when the subtitles disappeared.

    I've tried turning them on and off again as suggested on other forums, but no luck. Has anyone a solution, or seen the same problem?

    This happens to us quite a bit and normally the old reboot does the trick. Unplug and restart
