    Hi all,

I'm new to Ireland, and unfortunately had a crash with someone. I was cycling along and they opened their door into me. It's been a few weeks now and my injuries aren't healing as I'd hoped they would so I contacted the guy's insurance company. They accepted fault and have agreed to pay for damages to my bicycle and for medical care. Do I still need to file a complaint with the Personal Injuries Board? We do things so much differently in the states...

yes if you want to make a claim, injuriesboard.ie for all your Q's.

Strongly urge you to contact a solicitor before you make application or settle with the insurance company.
