are they on in Raheny again this year?
seems like Raheny are in great form after the results from Dunboyne 4miler.
any idea of what teams will be up there besides Raheny and Clonliffe?
If Mullingar got Fagan,Bateman(rescent 3.46 and think he broke 14mins for 5k)also mark christie(dunbone winner) and im sure they could get someone for the mile.
    predictions please???
Tingle can you do soem sort of prediction please as you are the master.;)

I doubt Fagan will compete unless he is hanging around Ireland after the Bupa 10k run and even then I'd be surprised (but pleased) to see him make an appearance.

As well as Clonliffe and Raheny, Rathfarnham should also have a strong team

Sorry, wouldn't be my area of expertise! There are other middle/long distance anoraks here who would have a better idea:)

Its still a few weeks away yet but it'll be the usual suspects battling it out I presume.

Will be Clonliffe and raheny battling for the win as per usual. Rumour has it Colm Rooney has retired so that would weaken their hand quite a bit. Could be a lot tighter than the cross country.

3rd place will be a battle between Rathfarnham, DSD and Tallaght. The 3 mile leg will be very important here

Not if he's replaced on the 3 mile leg which he ran last year by Killian Lonergan or Mark Kenneally!
