Just got a new jetta but it doesn't have an alarm. Where should I go to get one done properly?
What do they cost for a decent setup.

If you're in Dublin then I'd recommend www.safesounds.ie

OP - I know this isn't what you asked, but is it really worth getting an alarm in a new Jetta? The car already has a good factory immobiliser - without the keys, it'll be nigh-on impossible to steal. An alarm costs money, involves cutting into the wiring, and only really adds a siren. Unless you're planning on leaving valuables in the car (which is itself not a good idea), I wouldn't bother.

Completely agree. If you're worried about the car being stolen, then an effective immobiliser is what you need. Who pays any attention to a car alarm?? Save yourself some money.
