    A quick question:

Has any of ye noted an increase in Planning Grants in rural areas? A few people have noted to me that the number of grants has gone up recently. If so, why has this been?

    Thanks

The slow down in general may have created a more understanding Local Authority! They certainly seem to be more approachable and are more favorably disposed to applications. Maybe, the pressure is off and instead of having too many applications on their desk, they only have the few?

Nope around here theres just a huge increase in the ammount and complexity of Fi required, the sooner a few planners get laid off the better it might open their eyes a bit!!

Agreed No 6. In Dublin the change in teh Planners has be awful. FI and RFIs for stupid things dragging out all of my plannings so far.

I was more wondering if something happened ruraly, as I got a few seperate reports, from unlinked people, suggesting that many people are getting grants, which previously they could not get. Is it just the elections I wonder????
