Hi All Was informed this morn that I will be going on a 3 day week from next week!!! I know you can get social assistance for the other 2 days, but does anyone know what way it works??? Any advice greatly appreciated as I haven't a clue how to go about this!!!

Go to your local social welfare office with a letter from your job saying your hours have been cut. It may take a couple of weeks given the back log of claims. Meanwhile do yourself a budget and cut down on your outgoings.
