Can we have a new sticky thread to rate mechanics, car services, dealerships etc?

I just thought it would be nice if we had a thread where people could tell about their good and bad experiences in regard to motoring industry, with the likes of tyre shops, main dealers, second hand car dealers, mechanics, auto shops etc etc.

It would be nice if I could do a bit of research before going to these places to see what others had to say about them.

I'm not sure how exactly it should be arranged or what the legality of it all would be.

Just a suggestion

I can't see it happening, boards.ie is a company, and can be sued. All it takes is for the wrong business to have someone who tells a lie about them, and the can of worms is opened.

what about just a list of good reviews - so if you are looking for a mechanic in Dublin6 or whatever, you can scan the list for any recommendations.

It would probably get abused though by 0 post users saying how good this and that guy is.
