Ok....
One of the company bosses has come over from England for a week with his fit 24 year
old PA.
I'm 30, she looks bored so I'd been having a laugh with her at lunch and asked her
if she'd like to go to the cinema with me tomorrow night.

She's up for it.
My plan is as follows.

1. Go to the cinema.
2. Have 1 or 2 drinks afterwards to ease the mood (no drunkeness mind).
3. As the evening is ending I plan on slipping the follwing line into conversation-
"So, are you off to bed now or do you fancy a shag"?

Foolproof, ingenious or is this a disaster waiting to happen?

OP, there's no need to post your thread twice. It just takes a bit of time for the moderators to get around to approving the unmoderated threads.

As for your question - points 1 and 2 are good, but I wouldn't be surprised if you ended up with a slap in the face following 3. Be a little more subtle - suggest a 'nightcap' at the bar in her hotel etc.

She might well be thinking along the same lines as you are, but try to not be so crude.

Well, I was hoping to pull it off in a cheeky sort of way.
That way it'd be easier for her to tell me to f@ck off in a nice way.
We're all in sort of make-shift, temporary accomodation at the mo
so "fancy a nightcap" isn't really viable.

Just though I'd be better off going for it rather
than beating about the bush and coming across as being
unsure of myself like Millhouse off the Simpsons.

Her: "Why?"

Me: "Uhhh, for coffee"

Her: "But, you don't even have a kettle"
