Monday Morning Spin

Was thinking of heading out tomorrow morning, about 9:30 a.m. from Dundrum. I'm only about 80% sure I will go out, thought I would see who else is about. I know alfalad expressed interest in a spin.

I have to be home around 1:30/2pm so I'm open to any 4 hour routes with a few hills.

    From Met.ie:

"Mostly cloudy and dry on Monday apart from some patchy drizzle here and there. There'll be some bright spells too and it will be much milder than recently with highest temperatures of 10 to 14 Celsius in a light to moderate west to southwest breezes."

I could meet you alright. I've been sick for the past three days though, so I'm probably not going to be at my best. Still quite stuff up. I was thinking of going a bit non-hilly and maybe going around the lakes.

Yeah sure let me know how you feel in the morning. I think a sub-Tonto would still be a decent pace setter on a spin :). Like I said, I have no route preference, just time constraints.

Well, let's say I meet you at 9:30 so. If I'm feeling worse in the morning I'll let you know, but for the moment I'm in.

Yeah I'm up for this alright. Hoping to hit Ballinastoe in the afternoon so sub 4 hour spin sounds good to me.

Mountain biking? If its anything like it was today then it should be an absolute blast, it was pretty dry so it was nice and fast (or at least what seems like fast for a beginner).

No worries. I'm thinking about not heading out either, still a bit stiff from yesterday.

Alfalad, let me know if you get this. Enjoy the mountain biking!

EDIT: Does anyone have his mobile so I can txt him?

No worries Dirk, thanks for letting me know. Might try and take in the Sally today before lunch and then hit the trails after! Should be a fun day!
