Remove songs from Ipod

My computer got a virus a few months back, and everything got wipped off it.

Now my Ipod 4gb is full and I want to take some of the music off it without deleting everything. Is this possible since none of the music that is on it is in my itunes library.

Also is it possible to take songs from the Ipod to itunes library?
