They are just Converse, with a tartan pattern.
Converse All-Star tartan hi

That linked me into the Schuh site to buy them, but they didnt seem to have them. You might be better off trying ebay or american sites.

Just found these on ebay if thats any help EBay Converse courdoury hi tops

I've got a pair of Nike hi-tops which are quite similar only in purple. Check them out if you can't find the Converse ones.
