hard drive issue

My hard drive usb ports and monitor dont seem to be working..i can turn the computer power on...but the monitor just goes into power save as if its not getting any feed from the hard drive...same with keyboard have tried pulling out all plugs and leads and restarting but no joy.its a dell dimension c521 Anyone any…

sounds like your psu you hardly have one you could put in to pc to try
