Near the end of the film, Rosemary asks to see her husband's right shoulder. What is she looking for? I thought maybe she was trying to see if his ears were pierced like the neighbour's. I googled and found sites saying she was looking for a mark, but not giving any indication of where she might have gotten the idea to…

Haven't seen it in a while but I think when she was talking to her friend that died he might have mentioned something about satanists having a mark on their body to associated them selves with it.If it wasn't that I think she might have read it in the big red book on whichcraft that she was obsessing about.But like I said its been a while since I last saw it so could be wrong.
