How come there's always a furore when Madonna does this? Angelina Jolie has adopted a veritable litter of kiddies and there never seemed to be a big hassle with it. What's Maddie doing wrong that Angie's doing right?

Madonna is too old to be adopting children. Plus she is now single and has an extremely hectic career to balance with raising her other children. I would imagine this is a publicity stunt.

I don't see the harm in her adopting the less fortunate and providing them with a better life.

Hahaha. I love all of the Jade Goody fawning now she's dead..if she hadn't had cancer, and hadn't died, could you really imagine yourself saying something like that?

If my children had to be adopted by either, I'd much, much, much rather it were Madonna rather than Jade Goody!

Don't know anything about Angelina adoptions, so can't comment on them, but going from the article quoted below, there is reports the family are objecting to the adoption.

I'm guessing there was no objections when Angelina adopted.

Children’s charity Save the Children urged the singer to think again, while there were reports the family of the toddler she is seeking to remove from the impoverished African republic is fighting the adoption.

I wouldn't know, neither can you. We only know madonna through her music. That does tell me what type of mother she'd make.

Oh and if you hate Madonna so much, why bother reading articles her or starting threads about her on a public forum. Why not just ignore it and get on with your own life.

There was an article in the dailymail a while ago (can't find the link) which said that Madonnas children's primary caregivers were nannies. You rarely see her in public with her children, they are mainly photographed with their father or with nannies, she's been on tour for god knows how long now and doesn't seem to be slowing down. How could that be an appropriate environment to begin to introduce a new member into the family?

Doesn't it warm the cockles of your heart when you see some poor deprived child being brought into a loving, stable and financially comfortable family relationship?

Then there's the poor misfortunate child who is worse off after the trauma of being dragged into Madonna's entourage like a new chihuahua. Money's no good to you when you grow up nuts with Madonna for a mother.

In any normal civilised country, a 50 year-old single parent would never get past filling in the first form.

Trust me, don't go hunting down articles about Madonna, the fact is, it's impossible to avoid articles about Madonna, because every time the arrogant stupid bitch feels she needs some attention, she decides to do something controversial, to get her stupid fizog on the goggle box, because gobshites who idolize her lap it up.

The only time i'd actually enjoy seeing this 'Kaballah Preaching Moron' would be in a fatal cable car accident, or maybe a mine shaft explosion.

She doesn't fit the adoption criteria for two reasons - at least. But hey, she could probably buy Malawi. The press had to get something right - eventually (must have been an off day).

I heard Man City sold Shaun Wright Phillips to her alright.
