I'm going to make some assumptions here, because you're not being very clear at all.

Your phone came with a CD containing drivers, but it's not a standard sized/shaped disk, so the slot-loading CD drive on your laptop won't accept it?

    3 options:
    1. Put the CD into another computer, and make a copy onto a normal disk that you can then put into your XPS.

    2. Put the CD into another computer, and copy the files you need onto a USB key, which you can then plug into your XPS.

    3. Download the drivers directly from the manufacturer (of the phone)'s website.

It's unlikely the drivers and software on the cd are up to date anyway and you will get more up to date version on the manufacturers web site
