I am in the middle of doing the very same build, I am putting on these bars thanks to Pinarello who has kindly donated them to me, I am putting on this stem and I am using mavic Ksyrium equipe wheels. Still trying to decide on a saddle.

How much have you spent on the frame and Groupset so far?

i got the frame for 700 pounds and the group set for 500 pounds. not really in a major panic so far so picking things up when on sale but the good weather is making me speed up the process a bit

Thats a decent price you got them for especially with Shimano groupsets having gone up lately. I got a local shop to order both the frame and groupset in for me, he is a friend of mine so I am getting everything at cost, also he will be on hand if I need anything done afterwards. I paid slighter more that what you paid though.

Where did you order both the frame and groupset from?

Merlin Cycles are very competitive when it comes to shimano components. So are cyclesuperstore if you feel like going local.

i got the frame from probikekit , it was on a sale just after xmass. the groupset came from merlin cycles. they had the cheapest price by a good bit. pedalware in the north also seems to be able to get very good prices.

Merlin sure are good on prices alright. Cyclesuperstore only have 172.5 mm and 12/23 cassette left at those prices of €510.

Kysrium Elite 2009 - These wheels are aparently a good buy I have the 2008 model. Absolutely bullet proof and a good match for the kit you have already. The 2009 model is 150 lighter than the 2008 which is why people say they are so good. I think its just mavic trying to make us forget about the r-sys errors (don't let that detract from these great wheels)

Hed Adrennes (not sure if that is how its spelt) are also good wheels according to some comments on the forum.

Saddle -- Fizik or Sella Italia
Handlebars etc -- FSA, Ritchey WCS or 3T. 3T are pretty cool and reasonably priced depending our the model you go for.

I perch on one of these and find it bloody comfy, and reccommend these bars and stem (can be found cheaper elsewhere)

-oh, and go for fulcrum Racing 3's -great wheels
