Koolkid's suggestion is great ,defenetly sounds good ,will see how this works out first ,
In relation to Irish Open Satellite ,I dont think I will run another one ,the option of games and the choice is huge out there ,there are so many ,there is no point for me to break my bo...x to get one going and I still wont get the numbers for it !

The only way would work out to get the players interested involved ,organise everything together :date /day/buy in /starting stack/blind structure/clock etc ...with players pre confirmation and then you know what to expect ,

As an Intelligent gentleman like you with your IQ up the sky ,there is no better man to get one going ,

SEEMS LIKE THERE WOULD BE ENOUGH INTEREST IN ONE

ok, so why not turn next Tuesday night into a Irish Open Event

i.e.
entry 200+20
1 rebuy or top up for 100

10k starting stack
15k rebuy or 20k top up

25 min clock throughout

ticket only, no cash, except for odd amount of overflow cash
i.e. if you collect 4k, then its 1 ticket and 2nd = 500, etc.

how about a mad-cap addition ?
final table players all get 2% each of the winner for whatever they cash in the Irish Open
this gives them a piece of the action, even if they dont win the ticket

let me know if you agree to do this next Tuesday night and I will start telling players about it and post it up here too

If you want to play in it Larry, I will bring along a TD on the night

naturally it would be fantastic if you guaranteed a ticket or 2

the winner would have to wear a Westbury Shirt at the IO
