Hi everyone,am new to this but have a couple of questions if anyone could answer,i had a look at previous posts before posting this but couldnt find anything so here goes...

I was looking at a desert eagle bb gun,looks great and am interested but as i said am new to it so dont know much about them,i bought a bb rifle a while ago just seen it in a market by chance but it was rubbish,it was 30 quid i think and spring loaded defo not gas or battery but it went bout 15ft,looked the part had laser torch etc but was so weak the breeze nearly blew the bbs back at me ha...are they all like this??

Also whats the dif between gas and a battery and how long does each last?

Would the likes of the desert eagle shoot far?i looked at it on youtube and it was shooting through coke cans??

Can they all also take steel ball bearings and bbs or are this diferent things completely?

Seems to be alot of yous on here do yous have like a club or meet ups where yous head out to like forest areas and team up?

Any advice on this would be great cos am interested in getting into this and getting few nice pieces but if my last purchase was anything to go on i would be disappointed so wanna find out first!
