    The longer I leave my glasses off the better my eyesight becomes. I'm talking minutes or hours though, and the level of "better" they get is nothing near what would allow me to function or drive safely. I do think that leaving one's glasses off for a while can encourage "lazy" eyes to adjust and work a bit harder but I could never see it getting me perfect vision.
