What's your favourite? I'm looking for inspiration. I just bought a blender recently

My current favourite is some cranberry juice, an apple, a banana and 5 or 6 blackberries and I'll throw in a berocca every once in a while.

Seaneh's drink with a little granola is a great combo for me, filling too.

Cucumber, apples (granny smiths), spinach & dash of OJ, requires a juicer though.

Beetroot & OJ is another one I'm fond off, again needs a juicer.

    Granola? Hmm

Just started using frozen berry mixture - strawberries, raspberries, cranberries etc. Adds a bit more sweetness and makes it nice and cold.

The frozen berries are great for chilling the smoothie while giving it some bulk.

I tend to use water, a little cream, protein powder and whatever frozen berries are in the freezer. Tesco do bags of frozen fruit as do Aldi.

I can't handle orange juice, it's too acidic for my stomach.
