Band Needed To Share Rehearsal Space.

    We are looking for a band to share our current rehearsal space.
    We use it half the week and rent has gone up so we need to share.
    The studio is in the Terenure area and has 24 hour access.
    The room is soundproofed so noise is no problem you can play all night.
    The room is also treated with bass traps absorbpion panels and diffusers so sounds great to play or record in.
    There is enough room for both bands to be set up at the same time with drum kits on opposite sides so no more need to carry all the gear in and out just arrive and play.

    Trust is the main issue as our gear and yours will be stored in same room both bands having a key.

    We are looking for a serious established band who will use it for rehearsal and not as a party room full of friends every night.
