Hi I have been looking at buying a house in the Limerick City/Suburbs area recently. Prices are going down and builders are open to dropping further.

Was there any source of information where you can get a indication of what prices were before the boom in the past number of years.

Also would it be a bad idea do a trade in with a builder in order to get a property ?

Finally is there any decent Detached Houses in new developments in the surrounding areas. I've only find 2 worth looking at. One in Croom and one on the Golf Links Road (<400k).
