Ireland’s biggest dance music festival is back at Fairyhouse Racecourse this summer on Saturday 6th June – and the event promises to be nothing short of pure electronic nirvana!

The newly titled PLANETLOVE IRELAND will play host to seven arenas, 11 hours of music and over 70 of the world’s finest DJing exponents.

And some of the exciting developments for this third annual event include a new weather-friendly location, a first ever outdoor stage, and a ticket price freeze!!

With over ten years experience working with the finest artists on the planet and creating magical festival atmospheres Planetlove has secured a sterling international line-up including Dutch sensation FERRY CORSTEN, DAVE CLARKE, DERRICK CARTER, MARKUS SCHULZ, JUDGE JULES, HOT CHIP DJS, YOJI and MARCO V.

Clubbing brands enlisted to host the arenas include Streetlife (house/techno), Letrik (trance) and Hed Kandi (VIP) - not forgetting the event showpiece Love Arena.

Revellers can also dance the day and night away al fresco at the Love 90’s Outdoor Stage. Artists appearing include the creators of some of the club world’s finest dance classics: Living Joy (Dreamer), N Trance (Set You Free), Culturebeat (‘Calling Mr Vain’) and Fragma (Miracle).

Continuing Planetlove’s dedication to supporting local talent – the Irish Legends arena will showcase some of the best DJs – old and new – that Ireland has to offer. Irish legend Johnny Moy will headline the arena!

LISA LASHES, ALEX KIDD, KUTSKI and DARK BY DESIGN bang it out in the Hard Arena while trance maestros like COSMIC GATE, SEAN TYAS, MARKUS SCHOSSOW, JON O’BIR and more take control in the Letrik Arena.

Heavyweights DAVE CLARKE and the HOT CHIP DJ’s spearhead the party atmosphere in the Streetlife Arena, while soulful house music purveyors Hed Kandi will be taking care of the VIP area on the day. Expect beautifully luxe vibes!

Rounding off the entire experience, Planetlove Ireland’s festival village will feature fully licensed bars, food stalls and shops, as well as a fun fair!

Planetlove Ireland is held in association with Bavaria Premium Lager. Brand Manager Ealron Kennedy had this to say:

“Bavaria Premium is very proud to be associated with Planetlove Ireland for a second year. The event is the annual highlight of our thriving electronic music scene. The line up is amazing, and the introduction of an outdoor stage this year means you can enjoy Bavaria Premium al fresco while listening to some of the best dance music artists in the world. Roll on June 6th and let’s hope for sunshine!!”

The event is also supported by the Irish Daily Star which will feature regular updates.

All information including full line-up and ticket information is available now on www.planetlovemusic.com

The line up for this is about as quality as the beer sponsoring it - seriously -

"the introduction of an outdoor stage this year means you can enjoy Bavaria Premium al fresco while listening to some of the best dance music artists in the world." lol

Give me a break. There are a million better dance music festivals on this summer - both in terms of the line ups, the opening hours (seriously - clearing out at 1am ), and the fact that this event is likely to be full of knackers and 18 year old wanna be old-skool ravers going round in sleeveless vests wrecking your head^^^

Life Festival is first on my list anyhow http://www.life-festival.com/

    Friday
    17.00 - Music Starts
    02.00 - Curfew

    Sat
    14.00 - Music Starts
    06.00 - Curfew

Would people stop knocking this festival and going on about other festivals. Im sure, like me, everyone here is aware of the other festivals that are on around europe. Maybe people like trance, ever think of that. Just cause its not your thing. Yes PL will have its fair share of knackers but i was there last year and the only bit of trouble I seen was yer man getting slashed and that was a ongoing fued. The only thing that was poxy was the weather.
