VOIP in a cyber cafe

A friend of mine has a small cyber cafe (15 computers) in a larger amusement type place (snooker, pool, a few slot machines and video games). The cyber cafe is used mostly for online poker and web browsing. He was wondering would Skype or other VOIP be a good idea for the cafe. He was thinking about subscribing to Skype…

The cyber cafe is used mostly for online poker and web browsing. He was wondering would Skype or other VOIP be a good idea for the cafe. He was thinking about subscribing to Skype and then advertising cheap calls. Would it be a runner?

For professional use like that I would stay away from Skype ... No customer support and the rates with skypeout are not that great.
