Sorry to jump on your thread but also have similar requirements.

Am looking for 32" lcd to replace 32" CRT which has finally bitten the dust! To go into kids den & be connected to: VCR, DVD player, PS2, Nintendo Wii & standard Sky box. Am not very au fait with techie stuff but presume full HD will not be essential for above (already have full HD lcd TV in main room with blu-ray & Sky HD) ? Have budget of around 400 euro & would be looking for quick delivery if possible.

    Many Thanks.

    Dear Guys,

Thanks for the posts and apologies for the delay in getting back to you both.

The best value 32" we do at the moment is the LG 32LG3000 which we sell at £329.95 (approx) €369.95 see details here: http://www.richersounds.com/showproduct.php?cda=showproduct&pid=LG-32LG3000

This is a cracking TV and looks great as well - if you want to go one better you could have a look at the Philips 32PFL5403D which we can do at EURO €499.99 which is a stunning TV with the best Sound quality in it's class (and reduced from €599.99) - however stock is tight on this model at the moment.

For the 32PFL5403D see details here: http://www.p4c.philips.com/files/3/32pfl5403d_12/32pfl5403d_12_pss_aen.pdf

Thanks again for the posts and sorry again for the delay in getting back to you both - drop me a line if I can assist in any way,

    ATB,

    John Mc

    John

Thank you for the reply. I was thinking that the LG was probably the best bet judging by other posts & feedback - it's always nice though to have that confirmed!

Could someone just advise me on how to order - do I need to ring NI store?

    Thanks Again :)

    HI JOHN,
IM JUST WONDERING IF YOU HAVE ANY GOOD DEALS ON THE PHILIPS AMBILIGHT TVs? IM LOOKING FOR SOMETHING BETWEEN A 37" AND A 42". :DiF THERE WERE EX DISPLAY MODELS IN GOOD NICK THEN IT MIGHT BE INTERESTING TO SEE WHAT SORT OF PRICE THEY ARE GOING FOR?;) IF THERE ARE NONE OF THE PHILLIPS THEN ANY ALTERNATIVE RECOMMENDATION WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. WE HAVE A BUDGET OF €500-€900 FOR A GOOD TV.
ANY RECOMMENDATIONS WOULD BE VERY GRATEFULLY APPRECIATED!
    THANKS:eek:
