Registration cert with incorrect/missing details

Just after buying a car up North and the V5 is all over the place. There's details missing and details that are plain wrong so I'm wondering what I'm to do about the VRT?

I know its a common thing for this particular type of car to have incorrect details on the registration document - have seen the same type of car being logged as a saloon, hatch and even an estate - so I'm not worried that there's something dodgy about it at all. Just wondering how I go about amending errors and adding details? Is there a supplementary form that I fill in when paying VRT that will allow me to document the correct details so that once its on Irish plates all the details will be accurate?
