sky+ cant play recorded films?

    sky+ cant play recorded films?
    they are on my personal planner as recorded but when i go to play, nothing happens?
    films from fikm4 and tcm?

    Do you still subscribe to those channels?

    Film 4 is free to air so that would suggest a problem with your box.

    Have you tried taking out the plug and rebooting the box?

    If you try the above and still can not view your recordings you box may be broken.:(

    You do need valid working subscription and card to playback any recording.

    thanks to first reply, plugging out and in again worked.

    funny tho. wonder why that happens?
