It's in there towards the end. Some very sexually attractive person made that guide.

To quote that sexy man's guide:

    Your own Managerial Stats:

You have your own stats based on how you have handled your club. These stats don't really impact the game, but are more a guide to tell you how you are doing. The only stat that can aid you is your reputation. The higher this is, the more other teams want you to be in charge of their clubs and the easy it is to sign players.

Loyalty: Each year you stay at a club this goes up. Each time you reject a job offer this goes up. The longer you use the same players this goes. If your looking to raise this quickly, then the easiest way to get this up is through the press conferences by saying that you have a mutual respect etc for any players who use to play under you. This goes down when you apply for other jobs, declare interest in other jobs, take other jobs when your previous club did not sack you, try to get rid of players who don't want to leave and not honouring your promises to players.

Domestic Bias: This is dictated by the three factors. The first one is your transfer policy. This goes based on the amount of domestic players you buy and sell. This also goes up and down based on the amount of domestic players in your first team squad and the amount of domestic players in your first team/starting eleven.

Financial Control: This is the most straightforward stat. This is raised by making a profit for your club and keeping your team's wages within the given budget. The lower you go under the wage budget the more this goes up. This goes down when you go over budget and make losses for your club.

Hands on Approach: Your involvement in everything to do with your club. This is raised by creating your own training regime, creating your own tactics, taking control of friendlies, managing the reserves and under U-18s, and taking charge of every game. This goes down when you assign your backroom staff to do most of the above for you. This also goes down when you go away on holiday.

Discipline: Quite simple to raise this. Issuing warnings and fining players will raise this. It is lowered by leaving players off when they get red cards or go missing from training.

Tactical Consistency: Again, this is simple to raise. The more you play the same tactic and use the same starting line-up the more this is raised. Lowered by chopping and changing your tactics and line up.

AI managers should have high everything really. Besides physiotherapy.
