    Let's make paper bombs!
    'Hi-Tec paper: Don't Unfold!!!'
    Distribute with chalk.

    Revolutionary haiku.

I'm going to print out a selection of inspiring poems, tips on writing etc. etc. And then I'm going to buy a pack of chalk (99c for 10 pieces in Dublin).

I'm going to give these to homeless people, and generally just leave them lying about.

    Thought must remain free!

If you give some out, make sure you give credit to the poet. And also, I'd appreciate it if you wrote http://www.1000000monkeys.com on it as well (that's the hi-tec part).

Here's a tree of poems about 'chalku'. Basically I've just been dandering about writing haiku on the street. It's pretty awesome.

Read, review, contribute and inspire :)

I hope to write this next to the spike. I think it's fitting since its the site of a bomb-blast.

It's time we take back our streets.

    Today I wrote a poem,
    marked it as a bomb.
I think it blew some minds,
But I could use explosive trees!

I spent today wandering around Dublin writing poetry. They say you can't lob a brick in Dublin without lumping a poet, but in fact most people are hostile to anyone who expresses themselves. I got a lot of abuse (I even got thrown out of the library on Pearse street when I said I was a terrorist!) IN FACT: What I was trying to do was get them to photocopy haiku tips so I could give more out. I was down to my last. I had already visited a few places... but had no luck :(

It was writers who wrote history, so I've decided to try and encourage people to rewrite it.

I have been wandering around giving homeless peoples boxes of chalk, and writing tips that (I hope) will help them write Haiku on the street, or at least encourage them to try expressing themselves in writing. A lot of people are afraid of writing, they believe it exposes their weaknesses (I think). Beauty is imperfect, the differences between people are what makes the world turn. I want people to shout out their feelings so we can no longer ignore people we don't like.

How many of you have walked past a homeless person, avoiding their gaze in the street? This (to me) is disgusting. I think good poetry is impossible to ignore. Poems are people too!

My hope is that I can encourage some people to write poems and draw pictures outside Government offices. This way, your poem might reach someone who can make a difference.

    Let's redefine Terrorism:
"They" say that terrorists are people who use fear to spread their message.

People are afraid of the unknown.

I am a terrorist, and here is my poem!

If this message moves you in any way, please help out. If you can distribute my bomb, or make some of your own, it might just blow the right mind.

    It's a LOT of fun too :P

I spent my evening in a cafe writing poems, folding them up and writing eye catching messages on them. Things like 'High-Tech Paper: do not unfold'

It's probably ****, but I guess I'm done caring. I'm just in love with the thought of walking down the street, and seeing the pavement covered in 'chalku' :P

I don't like the idea of you giving poems to homeless people.

I respect your opinion, but we shall have to disagree :P

    Poems == Homes!

    Another thought...

CCTV cameras are popping up in places at an alarming rate. I wonder what would happen if we all gave them something to look at. Imagine 100s of people mooning that camera on the corner of St. Stephen's Green....
