Dya think the rents are going to fall much with this recession? I know since last year there is already a big difference. Would it be worth my while negotiating rent prices when viewing??
In a bit of a c**p situation. Im outta work & BF is working fulltime. Im not entitled to RA as he is working. How dya think a landlord will react to this? We have done a budget and can afford somewhere up to 900 p/m
    ANY advice welcome.
    Thanks in advance

rents are falling and the market is becoming flooded with rental properties.

negotiate away to your hearts content.

Rental market is flooded , there are bargains to be had, shop around and negotiate all you want. Most tenants (well here in Galway) that i know of have either asked for a decrease or have got one anyway.
Only 100 - 150e mind but its alot better than nothing! We got 100 taken off ours, will come in to effect next month.

    happy Hunting!

Rents are way down. Chance it at 250 a room for a nice place. 200 for something out in the suburbs
