Moving iTunes library from one laptop to another

Not sure if this is the right section so feel free to move it. I have my iTunes on my old laptop and now want to move the library and all its contents to my new laptop. Is this possible? Thanks!

Yeah of course its possible just copy the library folder to an external harddrive and copy it over to the new laptop the folder is generally found in my documents/ my music/itunes
