    After Having problems with 1 of the freesat boxes I bought, thought others might like to know....Got this email from Satbuyer

    There's no problem returning to us, however, our standard policy on Freesat products is to replace brand new, the issue at present is that Alba Group, responsible for Grundig, Bush and Goodmans boxes have not distributed to any retailer since October last year, and no-one is yet aware of when they might distribute again. There's no problem returning for us to replace when in stock, or alternatively we can refund you the item value. As a final option, we do have Grundig HD boxes available, but a charge of a the difference in value would unfortunately apply.

    Our address for return is:

    <clip>

    We will require you to return the unit, within it's manufacturers packaging, as well as all accessories.

    We are very sorry that we cannot replace at this time, we pride ourselves on having a brand new swap out service for Freesat products within their warranty period but unfortunately Alba Group are simply not distributed anywhere at the moment and no other manufacturer has a SD only box.

    Best regards

    It was a faulty PSU, I got a refund, and had no problems with satbuyer.

    That's good to know, just incase mine gives any problems.

    I bought a Foxsat HDR from satbuyer, it's good to see they have a good returns policy if it's ever needed.
